SUMMARY OFGGG QUALIFICATIONS

I’m a Results oriented, Goal oriented, Disciplined business professional.  I have the technical officiating skills to be an advocate for the officials and I also have the leadership skills to understand that I must have a 'listening ear' to the coaches and administrators of the conference. I have worked successfully in the Sunshine State league for 20 years in an on floor capacity.  That experience allows me to have a well rounded understanding of what it takes to be successful as the Assignor of Men's Basketball.  In my private job I manage over 100 people and that experience allows me to lean on that knowledge when I'm managing a staff of approximately 50 or more officials in the Sunshine State Conference.
